I was raised in East Lansing, Michigan, A Spartan, but Chicago, Illinois is where I landed after college.  The financial markets, CBOE(Chicago Board Options Exchange) and becoming a licensed stock broker held my interest for a number of years, until I realized that home investing and real estate sales were my forte.

The NW suburbs of Chicago (Arlington Heights, Barrington and Schaumburg) were active real estate markets for me when I became a RE Broker…until I discovered the warm sparkling Gulf Coast area of Naples, FL and the gorgeous rolling hills of Ocala.  I obtained my Florida Brokers license quickly and sold homes in Naples from 2000-2011 when family brought me back to Ocala.  After being a sales consultant with Pulte homes selling at Del Webb Stone Creek for over 2 years, I licensed House $old Realty and became a Broker Associate with the successful real estate firm Berkshire Hathaway Home Team whose offices cover Ocala to The Villages.  I can assist you in the acquisition of your retirement or second home or new construction in any neighborhood from Ocala to the Villages.
